1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Lesly Garreau ("Coach," "I," "me," or "my"), including coaching sessions, programs, and this website (leslygarreau.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my services.

2. Services Provided

I provide men's coaching services focused on personal development, relationship improvement, shadow work, and life transformation. Services include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• The Shadow Integrity Program (12-week program)
• Discovery calls
• Digital content and resources

3. Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Coaching focuses on personal development, goal achievement, and behavioral change. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself
• Take full responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process
• Understand that results depend on your own effort and commitment

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for all coaching services. For the Shadow Integrity Program, payment plans are available (3 monthly installments). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though changes will not affect services already purchased.

6. Cancellation Policy

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Rescheduling is available with adequate notice. For the Shadow Integrity Program, if you need to pause the program due to extraordinary circumstances, we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

7. Confidentiality

I treat all information shared in coaching sessions as confidential. I will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law (such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others). You agree not to record sessions without my prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during coaching, is my intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without my written permission. Materials provided to you as part of coaching programs are for your personal use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of my services. My total liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. If I terminate services, I will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid sessions (excluding the Shadow Integrity Program, which is sold as a complete package).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of France.

12. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
