Coaching Is Not Therapy
I have psychotherapy training, including Gottman relationship therapy training, but the services offered on this website are coaching, not therapy. Coaching is a partnership designed to help you make practical changes through conversation, reflection, and action.
Coaching does not:

- Provide therapy or counseling

Gottman Certification
I am Gottman Level 2 trained, which means I have completed training in the Gottman Method for relationship therapy. I use relevant principles from that training within a coaching context. If you are looking for clinical couples therapy or licensed relationship treatment, please work with an appropriate licensed Gottman therapist or other qualified clinician.
