I am committed to providing you with high-quality coaching and couple counceling. By accessing and using my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, and if you do not agree with them, you should not use my services.

1. Services Offered
I offer life coaching and couple therapy. These services are provided through in-person sessions, video calls, phone calls, email and messaging.

2. Eligibility
My services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
Details regarding the fees for services are provided on my website. Full payment is required to book a session. In the event you need to refund, cancel or reschedule a session, please provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice. Without notice there will be no refund issued.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided during our coaching sessions, including but not limited to workbooks, handouts, and digital content, are my intellectual property and are provided for your personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. Any information shared during our sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to provide you with my services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
While I strive to provide the highest quality services, I do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our sessions. My services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability
I, Lesly Garreau, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of my services. By booking a session you agree with my terms and disclaimer.

8. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of my services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
