How is this different from therapy?

The main distinction between my approach and traditional therapy lies in objectives and methods.

I call my sessions “training” because I prioritize active engagement and the development of practical skills, unlike the more diagnostic and treatment-centered approach of typical therapy.

Using techniques such as shadow work, CBT or System Theory principles, my goal is to arm you with strategies. This is about empowering you to build mental resilience and emotional strength. Think of it as training for life’s marathon, not merely treating an ailment.

What is a coaching session

In coaching sessions, we focus on setting and achieving specific personal or professional goals. Together, we will identify your strengths, values, and aspirations to create a forward-focused plan. Coaching is about empowering you to take action, overcome obstacles, and achieve the success you desire, while fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

What happens if I didn’t show for a session?

You can cancel your session up to 24h before. If you’re not, there is no refund. I’ll stop working with you if you do that more than two times.

Can I see you physically?

I specialize in online sessions. As for now, I don’t hold office hours, but if we happen to be in the same place at the same time, we can figure something out. You can see where I’m at the moment on my contact page.

Do you take insurances?

No, I don’t take insurance, but you will find my pricing pretty affordable. If you have difficulty, we can discuss a more adapted solution.

Can I stop and come back later on?

Of course, there is no contract between us. You can start working with me for a few sessions, then stop and come back whenever you feel it. Or not.

Are you a licensed psychologist?

No. I studied clinical psychology, but I didn’t graduate. I hold diplomas in:

Jungian Therapy & Shadow Work

I’m also a certified Gottman Institute therapist and coach.
