What Is a Couple Therapy Session?

In couple therapy sessions, both partners meet with me in a safe, neutral space to improve your relationship. We focus on how you connect, talk, and work through problems together.

Each 60-minute session helps you understand what’s happening between you. You’ll learn to spot unhelpful patterns and practice new ways to hear each other.

I won’t take sides or decide who’s right. Instead, I’ll guide you to better see each other’s needs and feelings. We might work on:

Breaking cycles of blame and defense
Finding the deeper meaning behind your fights
Building trust after it’s been damaged
Talking about tough topics without shutting down
Rekindling the warmth and closeness you once had

Some sessions might feel tough as we face real issues. Others might bring relief and even laughter as you reconnect. Throughout our work, you’ll gain tools to handle conflicts when they come up at home.

Couple therapy works best when both of you commit to the process. Small changes in how you respond to each other can create big shifts in how you feel about your relationship.

What is a coaching session

In coaching sessions, we focus on setting and achieving specific personal or professional goals. Together, we will identify your strengths, values, and aspirations to create a forward-focused plan. Coaching is about empowering you to take action, overcome obstacles, and achieve the success you desire, while fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

What happens if I didn’t show for a session?

You can cancel your session up to 24h before. If you’re not, there is no refund. I’ll stop working with you if you do that more than two times.

Can I see you physically?

I specialize in online sessions. As for now, I don’t hold office hours, but if we happen to be in the same place at the same time, we can figure something out. You can see where I’m at the moment on my contact page.

Do you take insurances?

No, I don’t take insurance, but you will find my pricing pretty affordable. If you have difficulty, we can discuss a more adapted solution.

Can I stop and come back later on?

Of course, there is no contract between us. You can start working with me for a few sessions, then stop and come back whenever you feel it. Or not.

What are your credentials?

I studied clinical psychology, but I didn’t graduate. I hold diplomas in:
